Remstar International’s vertical carousels, available at Cardinal Integrated Systems, are made of an upright set of shelves that rotate up or down, depending on the shortest path, to an operator window in the front. By stacking vertically, these carousels free up valuable floor space.
The shelves can be customized to accommodate different items. They can also be altered with drawers, cases and other specialty equipment to allow for storage of most materials, including:
- Tools
- Small parts
- Rolls of electric wire or cord
- Vials
- Fixtures
- Fasteners and more
Some vertical carousels have refrigeration, freezing and atmosphere control options, making them very useful in laboratories.
